“Booked without reading reviews!”

Booked on 1st December for travel in late Jan and received e-ticket within a day of booking. Just discovered the reviews on this site and naturally had a mild panic attack! Called the airline and they confirmed that I am travelling on the correct days and everything is in order (phew!). Still to actually get on the plane but if the airline confirms all is well, it must be, right?
Just a last point, I emailed travelup at 6.30pm on Friday to confirm everything was OK and received a reply in less than ten minutes.
Wouldn't use them again as it feels from these reviews that I am one of the few lucky ones, but as they were the cheapest I am a satisfied customer (fingers crossed).
