i ordered on friday the 14th so i could get the items in time for christmas and payed via paypal, i logged onto there site online were it said i had no recent orders so i emailed them and had no reply until so had to make a phonecall to them monday were they told me the order was fine and being processed , i got the email the day after were they asked for my payment reciept so i forwarded that, then today(thursday) 2 days later i just recieve the same email again!, so i called them again were they just told me the items are not in stock , i dont understand why they are on the website and why it has took 6 days for me to find out, they should contact asap to stop inconvenience!! .. Terrible customer service.
