Sky broadband is the most useless ever... My mobile reception has to run off broadband and everytime u make a call from your landline the sky broadband cuts out which results in my mobile reception cutting. Sky tech team are useless they keep you on hold for over an hour before they answer then expect you do to self tests to test the line that the broadband is running off. They won't cancel agreement, so basically paying money for a service I am not receiving... Never go to Sky total con!!
Was much better off with BT.
