“Santa order undelivered as of 19 December 2012”

Placed a Santa Order on 7 November 2012, alledgedly dispatched on 3 December, as of today still no delivery. Completely unreliable service with no satisfactory explanation from their Customer services Dept. Just constantly fobbed off. Well, Santa comes on 25 December!!! and you have taken my money for this undelivered game. I did'nt make you wait for payment!! Neither my friends, family or neighbours will ever use WOWHD after my experience of them and I will be sharing my experience of WOWHD to all.

Shame on WOWHD.
