“Just plain awful”

Moonpig made a complete mess of my Sister's birthday card. Their single USP is ability to personalise a card, which they then failed miserably to do. To add insult to injury their customer 'service' line was almost impossible to get through to (racking up eye-watering mobile costs) and then with breath taking arrogance failed to keep their promise to correct the fault their inadequate system had made with the order. I'm now looking for a new card service - its astonishing really that having been first to market, they should at this stage (with much competition snapping at their heels) be just so awful at their core business, and even more unforgivingly at follow up customer service.
