“Rubbish and I didn't even get on the bus!”

I used the Megabus service for the first time (and last) so was looking forward to going to London from Birmingham. I am absolutely disgusted that the bus did not turn up on time... Fair enough if it was a 15-20 minute delay but there was no sign or no-one around at all to let me know as I waited in the freezing cold and rain for over an hour!

I had to be in London for a certain time and there was no way I would make it so I had to arrange another way to get there, costing time and MORE money! I am so so so so disgusted to the pit of my stomach that they refuse to give me a refund for a service which was not provided!

DO NOT USE MEGABUS EVER!! What a joke of a service!!
