“Undelivered Parcel & Slow Service”

It was my first time ordering from Topshop, and I'm sorry to say, it was also the last. I placed an order in November, and it is now December. I never saw my parcel.
I had to get in touch with Topshop but waited 10 days as instructed before sending them an email. It took them 4 days to answer me. On the third day I called them directly because I thought I was not getting a reply. The man who answered the phone was very polite and told me that my parcel will arrive the following day and he also gave me a refund on the delivery charge. I thought my problem ended there. I was wrong.
The following day I waited for my parcel, but it did not arrive. I gave it another 2 days. No sign of any parcel. So I emailed them again and waited 2 days - no reply. I sent them a second email and let them know how unhappy I was. There was still no reply. So I called them directly, and was put on hold for about 10 minutes. Finally someone answered (a very nervous guy) and he told me that they are currently investigating my issue and will get back to me in 3 days.
After 3 days, I received an email and was asked whether I have received the parcel since I last contacted them. I replied: no I have not receive it and obviously it is not going to arrive if it has taken this long. It took them 5 days after that to get back to me. They then told me that my parcel was 'lost in transit' and that they have issued me a full refund and should be visible in my bank account between 3-5 days.
5 days passed and guess what? There was no refund in my bank account! Sent them ANOTHER email saying 'I have not receive my refund'. I received a generic reply with "we've processed your refund... The money should be back in your account between 3-5 working days." So YAY! More waiting! Will I ever get my money back? We shall see...
