“NEVER EVER AGAIN!!”

Ordered an iMac last year on 'buy now pay later', on the understanding that any take 3 payments we were paying were covering the payments. Turns out they weren't, I wasn't informed or advised on this(turns out there's some small print on the final statement). Anyway, in the end they lumped £500 interest on top(pc cost £1000). Ultimately sending the total APR of my whole account over 50%!! Apparently there's a section 'online' that you must go to to make additional bnpl payments to avoid high interest hikes! How can this even be legal - numerous phone calls, no help at all. That was a couple months ago - paid it off anyway.......This week, got a text voucher for £30 off on £60 orders, thought id use it to just get something back out of them.....must have clicked on 20 items of clothing - absolutely nothing in stock(including just in stuff)! I will never use these cowboys again EVER!!
