I placed an order a hamper to the value of over £200 and I was told I would receive email confirmation.
After receiving no email I rang them and then the lies started. I was informed that my card was involved in fraud and the transaction was frozen. I was then told that they were not in stock yet they manually confirmed that they had stock. As I was waiting I went on two different sites which allowed me to order the hampers, Amazon actually changed there stock and it went up. The sites allowed me to order for Christmas delivery
I got them to agree to a refund after 30 minutes on the phone and they have told me it will take 3 days!!! I repeatedly requested to speak to a manager or supervisor to be told they were busy taking calls and then I was told there were none in the building.
I am still waiting for my money!!! I am taking the matter further.
