“Excellent customer service, thanks Glenn”

I ordered an incorrect item and they happily accepted my return and advised on the appropriate product. This was then promptly sent to me. Thank you to all and Glenn for his assistance. It really makes a difference, I just wish I dealt with them for all my bathroom renovation items!
