I'm not posting a lengthy review about them, because I've already wasted enough energy on these idiots.
WHY WOULD YOU USE ROYAL MAIL TO DELIVER MY HARD DRIVE 10 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS? ARE YOU GUYS STUPID?!
Sorry, had to get that off my chest, paid for next day delivery on a Thursday, it's currently Monday and no hard drive. I've demanded that they just refund me the money on the item, but they wanted me to sign an agreement saying "If I don't give them the hard drive back in said days, then I have the money taken back off me", I will never be getting that hard drive since it is THE ROYAL MAIL, I didn't even get any tracking information. They said it was a "warehouse error" in which it was sent via Royal Mail instead of courier, yet, they still won't send me out the hard drive via courier and just told me to wait for it via Royal Mail, these guys are absolute idiots, I needed that hard drive for a customer's build for Christmas (I don't purchase next day delivery for no reason, do I?!) and I had to go out on badly conditioned roads to buy one for my customer, and due to the delay I lost that guy as a customer and will probably not be recommended by my customer.
Absolute joke of a company.
