Hi, my name is Delina Alwanger. I am from the beautiful country of Zimbabwe in Southern Africa. I am in the process of setting up a small safari company and needed a package which gave me the content, support, guidance and advice which a new player like me needs so badly. In spite of repeated email appeals and complaints to the support division for help I found the staff exceptionally helpful. Telecoms from Africa are erratic to say the least but we finally managed to get our company registered and on its way. I would recommend a skype option to access sales & support because maintaining telephone contact with a consultant can be a task. I could not find a similar service locally which gave me this sort of value for money. So many thanks and well done!
