“Poor packaging and chocolates different recipe?”

Quite a few of the chocolates have fallen out of their wrappers.
The taste of some of the fillings lack in flavour (soft centres) but also very very sweet.
Although chocolates have been purchased at the special Christmas reduced rate(£5), but it is as if they are actually 'seconds'.
Would be very dischuffed if I had paid the suggested full price.
