total rip off britain at its best.car covered in scuffs and scratches when wife picked courtesy car up. i took car back and was shafted for 150 pounds for chip on back bumper.got money back from insurance company they said it was a disgrace.take video or pics if using these cowboys especially the one in stirling.staff totally up themselves.avoid at all costs even for courtesy car.
