“My first time with a SquareTrade warranty ”

After constantly seeing 'add a Squaretrade warranty' on eBay whenever I purchased something, I decided to grab one (£20/year) for use on a 'Used' PS3 (which I bought at the same time) through eBay.

As soon as I purchased it, I had emails from them asking for documents such as eBay invoice etc so that, should I have to make a claim, they have all the relevant documents to be able to sort out the claim quickly.
I had hoped that I wouldn't have to make a claim, but unfortunately, 4 months in I did.
The first time I called them, I was put through to a very helpful women who managed to sort out all the details on why I was making the claim and at the end I was sold my claim would be approved.

My PS3 was sent off for repair. A week later I was sent an email saying that I would be reimbursed the amount I paid for the PS3 as it would cost too much to be repaired or the parts were unavailable. The next day I received an email from PayPal confirming the payment.
