I Visited the Mary Portas concession in the Victoria Centre, Belfast today. I The staff were amazing. I was looking for 2 items which were not in stock or online. Was that a problem? Not for Ruth and Siobhan. They contacted other stores and sourced the items I wanted. Ruth and Siobhan are major assets, they will bring me back. Customer service was excellent. Incidentally, I also bought another piece while there and getting my size needed effort, but again this was not a problem. Thank you.
