I ordered a a Madd MGP Scooter for my godson for Xmas and it arrived with a totally broken headset bearing. Notchy and useless. I called the helpline which took 30 minutes to get through to and was told they couldn't help and to send an email. I sent the email I received a reply two days later to tell me it just needed adjusting. It did not need adjusting, it is broken. This is a £100 scooter that arrived in a unusable condition and after much faffing about I was told it was my fault for not adjusting it? I will have to take to scooter to a bike shop to be fixed at my own expense in time for Christmas morning. Terrible service and I will not be using again.
