“Misleading Delivery Times”

I ordered Liz Earle perfume over 2 weeks & am still waiting!! Online it states 5/7 working days for delivery. I telephoned to enquiry & was told it takes 5/7 days to pack then a further 5/7 working days to dispatch. So therefore it should read 14 DAYS FOR DELIVERY.
Very disappointed & misleading information given & a disappointed friend who has not yet received her present. Thank you
