I wanted to eat more healthily, get thinner and be more active when I joined Tesco Diets a year ago. I have achieved all those aims. I am now two and a half stone lighter and four dress sizes smaller. I love the flexibility of being able to choose what I want to eat within a meal plan framework and I never eat a meal I do not like.
I find the forums extremely useful for gaining advice and support from mentors and other members. It actually feels far more supportive than a once a week meeting because advice is readily available all the time and we can use the foundation of the meal plans to make sure our diet is sound. I enjoy participating in challenges and find it helps me to keep on track.
