The "send to depot" for servicing system needs considerable improvement. The guys in the West End store were great but of little use when the servicing guys at the depot:
1. Say they left a message for me (twice) when they did not (and when they had no need to call me because I had authorised £75 spend and cost was less);
2. Don't answer calls;
3. Did not manage to get my bike returned when they said they would.
The last is most serious - Evans big advantage is that many stores are located near where people work. Its convenient to cycle in, get work done and collect ideallly same day or exceptionally the next.
In my case this did not happen and not only was I unable to get home to look after my daughter as I had promised but I did not have my bike over the weekend too.
Reliability on return dates must be made an priority. If that happened I would recommend to others.
