Although we had a fantastic holiday for a good price, on the beach were not the best in regards to organisation and reliability. Our flights were fine as expected, and our hotel was reasonable - no complaints. However our transfers caused us a lot of hassle. When we landed at the airport we were supposed to be collected by a coach however the organizer told us our names were not on the list. After he had finished checking everyone else off he returned to us to find our names on his last sheet of paper as he had not checked properly.Once on the coach the driver dropped people off at their stops and opened the underneath of the coach to allow people to get their bags out.Twice when this happened one of our bags fell out(containing passports, money and all of our belongings!)luckily both times a passenger noticed the bag had fallen out and we were able to put it back in (although there was some confusion about what we were trying to do as the driver did not speak English),however the driver refused to let us bring it on the coach with us.At the end of our holiday the company were supposed to fax our hotel the details of our transfers but they never did.We phoned on the beach(a £10 phone call)and they reassured us if the coach did not turn up we could get a taxi and the cost would be reimbursed.The coach did not turn up.We got a taxi.3 months later they are still refusing our claim and we have not received a refund for the transfers or taxi.
