“Excellent Website”

Downloadster.net is awesome, very easy to use, and the download button really does give you the full version of the program VLC Media Player for download absolutely free. Loved the graphics, loved the pictures, and screenshots. The font is easy to read, and when you click the download button a simple flash pop-up gives you a two-step instruction on how to download the software.
I think that for what it’s worth the site goes above and beyond what is expected to give information about the software. There is a listing of the benefits of what VLC Media Player does, and surprisingly, it converts video and audio files for you. Video editors are always looking for a decent video converter. The video formats supported are listed, and the audio below, just in case you know what you’re looking for. And the ability to play partially corrupted video files and even listen to online radio stations are impressive.
The editor review at the bottom is awesome, and sounds like a commercial. The fine print at the top lets you know that you may actually be able to find it free elsewhere, and that you may have other offers presented to you during your installation process. I can appreciate the transparency, because they do have it at the very top of the page by the first big download link. For what it’s worth, it’s a great website, and since the download is free, you “got nothin’ to lose”!
