“Excellent Customer Service”

In December 2011 I was knocked off my bicycle and fell on my head, smashing the rear of my Giro Monza helmet. Tredz was advertising an exact replacement so I rang them. The young lady who answered my call actually took the trouble to go to the warehouse and bring the helmet back to her office, making sure they had one before I ordered it.

Unfortunately in November 2012 I underwent surgery to remove a brain tumour. I am not currently able to cycle on the road so decided to invest in a turbo trainer. After a trawl of the internet I found that Tredz Bikes were offering the model I wanted, the Elite Qubo Digital, at a competitive price. There appeared to be problems with their website so I rang the Customer Service Department. The gentleman on the phone assured me he would speak with the IT department and within the hour he rang me back to say that there had been a fault on the website. He stayed on the phone while I completed the order. the trainer arrived two days later and I've been using it to help my recovery every day since.

Excellent cusomer service on each occasion I've contacted Tredz Bikes. Well done!
