I tracked my item and it said it would be delivered by the 6th of December. It is now the 11th and I still have not seen my parcel.I have contacted Boohoo three times and get the same generic email saying they will look into it.l am appalled at the customer service that you give your money over in good faith and that the company will send your goods and all you get is no response.Poor,poor poor.
