I am just cancelling my 123.reg account, but here it is - they were very helpful and so so forthcoming. The thing is, I didn't cancel it on time and they did it for me, refunded my money and all that jazz.
I don't need Host services at the moment, but if I happen to need them in the future - they will be on top of my list.
