After choosing which system I was interested in buying using searches and websites of well known names, I found Palicomp,s own website and had fun selecting machines and upgrades.
I phoned up to order the base system and add ons and was competently taken through my requirements and add ons.
Apart from the extra free games, I was offered the extended warranty at a good
price with benefits which happened to be two of the upgrades I was originally
thinking of having but held back on ordering.
The system arrived on the day quoted, with the driver phoning before arrival
in one large box. I admire the recycling of packaging but maybe a bit enthusiastic with some of the smaller pieces.
Overall very efficient service and a very nice machine.
