I couldn't set up my 123reg domain name properly, so I used the Live chat support, and the problem was solved within minutes. The person was very nice. I was thrilled that my problem was solved so quickly. The chat felt personal, even though I could feel some copy/past text now and then, but that's part of that job.

Excellent customer services. Problem solved. What more can I want? Hot chocolate maybe.
