“Poor value”

Found same flights £60 cheaper direct with airline agent after booking, should have checked earlier! Also received no help with complimentary layover package which the Airline told me agents normally book for their customers. Otherwise, the agent I dealt with was courteous and efficient.
Needless to say, my advice is check around first and particularly direct with airline preferred agent before using this agent in future.
