“unreliable organization”

Seatwave organization distributes tickets everywhere, however they were able to provide the tickets only in London the same day of the concert.
This policy gives problem especially to people travelling from other country:
1) does not allow to know, up to the last moment, whether tickets will arrive: people travelling from other country have risk of travelling for nothing
2) it is not possible to plan to stay only the night of concert: people coming from abroad should be on place because nobody knows when ticket will arrive and where
3) does not allow to organize event with other people, like firiends without uncertainties
4) in case of impossibility to go to the concert, it is not possible to sell tickets to other people because the owner has no tickets in his/her hands, having paid them.

This is a way to work without any consideration for buyiers, I will never buy from this type of organization.

I should know in advance WHEN bought tickets will arrive, to organize everything and WHERE I can haver my tickets since they were very expensive.
