“Very cheap feel and terrible gear box”

The company I work for is switching to these vans, just now we have 5 sprinters ans 3 ivecos, So far the 57plate ivecos just need to be scrapped gear box falls to bits clutch it terrible window go down on there own and are just horrible to drive bouncing from side to side. Then the 11plate iveco is an semi-automatic and has to be driven in manal cause it jumps up and down gears throwing you back and forth in the seat randomly, When pulling away at a junction you need to anticipate the time it's going to take for the van to select the gear then go in it as your trying to pull out. They are also very cramped inside very difficult to find agood driving poistion if your over 6ft. All the drivers at the company I work for are dreading getting new ivecos next year,
