WRITE A REVIEW

“Poor communication”

Very poor service. I ordered two items nearly three weeks ago and when placing the order I was informed that one of the products was low on availability but would be dispatched within a fortnight. Money was taken and a fortnight came and went. Still not dispatched. Emailed them only to find that one of my products was long term out of stock with no future delivery date. But for some reason it doesn't state this when ordering and can still be ordered? Not impressed and will be cancelling my order and demanding a full refund!
