“easy to use”

The site was easy to use and simple instructions to follow.
Acceptance of debit cards was also a big plus.
Transfer to and from airport terminal to car rental site was smooth.
The vehicle was in tip top condition and feel i got value for money.
The only fly in the ointment was to have two bulky keys plus large plastic tag to contend with.
Not at all comfortable in my trousers pocket.
I asked why the two keys were together, and wad advised it had something to do with the insurance?
