I chose Hotel Direct for the first time really because it offered the best rate for the hotel I had selected but would do business with them again because their offers were very clearly set out, no obscure small print. The response to my booking was immediate and I also had an additional full email reminder of my booking on the day before my departure which Impressed me. Booking was a quick, easy and fully informed process.
