WRITE A REVIEW

“important and expensive details revealed only after...”

for a couple of times I got unpleasant surprises.
The last one, yesterday: I had booked a car, unlimited km, for 3 days, 47.50 euro.
I go to pick up the car and I discover that I had to pay the full tank ( 2.50 euro per lter against the regular 1.95) anyway.... also if I did not use it all.
It is true: it was written in the contract I received. But I received that contract only after the payment... and as I had booked the day before I could not cancel the booking anymore ( max 48 hours before picking up theh car). SO I had to change the booking, and I paid 10 euros more than the regular AVIS price.

Will never use this company again, unless I have the time to book long in advance and cancel eventually the booking.
