I ordered a large order from boohoo.com (over £100) and it was delivered to the wrong address. The courier company confirmed this with me. I raised this with boohoo an they are refusing to give me my money back or send the clothes again, they've told me I need to wait 28 days before they will do anything.
I don't know how much proof they need I don't have the clothes - the courier company confirmed it was delivered to a number 45 and there isn't a number 45 on my street! I had bought a winter jacket and now have no warm coat and not enough money to buy one from elsewhere as they took my money immediately.
Whenever I contact them they just send stock replies to my email. WILL NOT BUY FROM BOOHOO AGAIN. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I've read many bad reviews and can completely sympathise with all the people in the same situation as me!
