“great delivery , outrageously bad returns”

I was looking for a shirt i saw on cruise's website that i liked but unfortunatly they didnt have it in my size. After few minutes of frantic google action i came across this website and bought the shirt, L and XL since it was free to return. The shirts arrived the next morning and that afternoon i returned the one that was too big.

11 days, 2 emails later and no response from this company, not even an acknowledgment regarding the return.

i dont like people oweing me money!
