“Christmas shopping in Victoria Square H.O.F.”

Shopped in House of Fraser 01.12.12 for Christmas goods and we received execellent service from your sales adviser Julie in the Christmas decorations section.

Even though there was a sale on she was able to sort us out with all our requirements.

We left the store extremely happy that even though there was a sale on we still received first class service from Julie.

Glad to see standards and customer care is still upkept in your 'sales'
