“Trading Standards should look into them!”

Absolutely ridiculous! I ordered weeks and weeks ago and I am still waiting to receive my goods from Bonprix. They were quick enough to debit my account, but no trace of my order!I ordered and paid over the phone, as they had issues with their online shop, but I never received an email/letter with an order confirmation. The only evidence of any dealings with them is the money they rapidly deducted from my account.
So far, they have offered nothing but the most pathetic "customer service" I ever had the misfortune to encounter.
My neighbour ordered with them last year and she said that the clothes were of cheap and nasty quality and that they looked nothing like in the catalogue/website when she received them - shame she didn't tell me before I placed my order. Looks like I might be in for some more "fun" with them.
Right now I am considering reporting them to the appropriate authority, as the delivery time is absolutely unacceptable. Maybe the BBC Watchdog would also be a good point of contact?
Please save yourself the bother and hassle and spend your money elsewhere.
