“Double charge”

Had no problems to collect the tickets I bought on line. However, the day after the gig I realised I had been charged twice for the tickets. I spoke to customer services and they asked me to send the bank statement extract by email but didn't hear from them. I rang again to get an update and they asked to me call back the week after... I'm still in the process of getting my money back. These tickets were to celebrate my birthday so no need to say I'm hating the hassle of having to chase for my money. This is an experience no one deserves on their birthday.
