I've bought tickets via seatwave in the past. Obviously this being a secondary market for tickets to sold out events, you pay over the odds. But it works fine. Selling tickets is a different story. It's really difficult to find people to help (I did get help but much too late). Frustratingly there was no way I could accurately describe the tickets I was selling which were numbered VIP seats and I had to sell as unreserved seating (and 50% unsold). You really need to invest a lot of time in the selling process for it to work. And as a company they could have done a whole lot better.
