“Easy to use and cool VLC”

Downloadster offers a VLC download for free and it’s the full version, not a trial. Free is nice. The download didn’t take long either.
A convenient thing about this VLC media player is that it will fix files that are messed up (corrupt or broken). Sometimes a video file will be downloaded, but won’t play for some reason. This is great for that. It also allows you to play any file. It also has a feature that lets you listen to online radio stations and podcasts.
The website was visually appealing and did not look like spam at all. It was set up in an organized manner and was free of annoying third party ads. The download itself did offer an advertisement, but it was easy to skip over and made sense because the company has to make money when it’s offering things for free.
