Was needing a senior friendly phone for elderly parent. My cell phone provider (AT & T) didn't offer such. I found a phone that was compatible with my cell phone provider's network but would need to be unlocked. Placed order with Cellphone Unlock and within 10 minutes received the unlock code. Went to local AT & T store. Representative put sim card in my phone. Message on phone appeared asking for code number. I personally entered the code numbers and phone instantly activated.
