I booked a hotel with this company. I gave them my credit card, and received an email conformation that my room was booked. The day before my trip they cancelled the confirmed, guaranteed reservation. Do not trust them. They would not stand behind their word. I asked them to get me another room in the same city. They would not even try. I ended up having to book a hotel myself in another city 15 miles away as there were no hotels left open in the city of the original booking. Will never use again!!!!!!!! Call the hotel directly.
