Rentalcars.com offered an economical, simple solution to my car rental need in Palermo, Sicily. The service that I received was and is first rate. I am sorry that I cannot say the same for their Sicilian affiliate company, Auto Europa. First, they did not honor my request for a GPS arguing that I had not ordered it from them but rather rentalcars.com. After they supplied me with a car that i found too large to navigate the streets of a small Sicilian town, they charged me an additional fee when I returned the car. I have since resolved to my satisfacion through rentalcars.com. and although i have not yet received my refund, I have faith that it will soon appear in my American Express account as a credit.

All in all, I am very pleased with Rentalcars.com and I intend to rent from them again in the future.
