After booking a car with rentalcars at approx 10am I realised at 12.45 I had left my license and counterpart in another bag which was 2 hrs away and requested a cancellation of my booking. I was told I could not have a refund because the terms and conditions state I need to give 48 hours notice. A little compassion and understanding would go a long way. I will not use this company again and will highly recommend to my friends to use anyone but them. Most appalled at the lack of service received.
