Despite having an issue at home with my scales I am having a brillient time. Love the meal plans and its great that we have the option to swap. With fingers crossed I am having a good week so currently looking forward to Fridays weigh I have not checked yet but somehow feel lighter.

A big cheer to all you lovely tesco diet ladies who sorted out my scale problem so efficiently there was almost a sonic boom they moved so fast.

And to top it all off West Ham beat Chelsea last Saturday so the world is a better place - apart from having to suffer listening about morning sickness that is.
