Ordered an item on Click and collect next day service (Saturday). Article didn't arrive at store until Monday - no good to me as it was too late and I can't get to local store in the week due to work. After being on hold to Customer Services for 47 minutes was told I can't have my money back for 10 days as the store keep any items not collected for 7 days before returning and then they will process a refund.
They refuse to action the return unless I go to store and collect
