“Great service”

Paid a good price for tickets and they were available to download very quickly. It was only close to the event I noticed another name was on the downloaded paper ticket. I called and emailed seatwave who were very helpful and explained the process and that this was normal and I would have no problems with entry to the concert at the O2. They were right I had no problem at all so overall this was a fantastic and easy service.
