“Good Price - Terrible Delivery Service”

WAE+ offered the best price on an HP printer. Paid extra £7.99 for quicker delivery. Placed order. No order tracking so phoned on day 5 after placing order as delivery was due. Told it was not even despatched. Phoned again after 2 days. Given delivery date. Finally arrived on working day 8 after promising delivery on working day 5. Asked for delivery charge refund. Not repaid until I sent a threatening letter. Repayment almost 8 weeks after placing order.
Poor customer service. No contact with customer to give progress on order. You have to chase all the time. Promises made and not kept. Customer complaints process is a waste of time. They take your money, fail to deliver and then are reluctant to refund.
Other on-line stores do better than this. I won't be ordering again whatever the price, it's not worth the hassle.
