“GlobalGold service slips down to the pits”

We have been a long-term customer of GlobalGold and until the business was bought out by what must be some form of cowboy operation we had no complaints and would recommend GlobalGold to anyone needing good service and good prices. Now, our sites are down every other week and when we manage to get connected to their tech support (quite hit and miss) you hear that they "have a server down" and "hope to have it sorted quickly". Sorry, excuses like this only work once and at a pinch, twice. This really is the pits when it comes to business web hosting. Don't go near them, don't even be tempted to give them a try. Only use GlobalGold if you want your business website to lose your business' credibility and if you don't mind wasting money on a service that hardly exists. This outfit seems to think that we don't check our websites often and does not really care what we do as long as they take our money. Stay away from this service provider!
